Digital Marketing Professional and owner of NR Digital Consulting
Nicole is a digital marketing professional specializing in marketing technology, processes, and data-driven strategy. She is the owner of NR Digital Consulting and has worked in several different industries on marketing automation and customer journeys, website optimization, and performance strategy. She is currently on the advisory board for the Digital Marketing Mini-MBA at the University of Houston, Adjunct Professor at Penn State University and a former contributor to Forbes. Her TEDx Talk on Personalization and the Privacy Paradox was named one of the Top Digital Marketing TED Talks by multiple publications.
Ludovic Martin
Consultant eCommerce & Web-to-Print Expert
Ludovic has been working in the web-to-print industry since 2000 and driven multiple publishing platform projects for companies like Peugeot automotive or Orange ISP. When Exaprint joined the Cimpress group in 2015, Ludovic became stakeholder in the Mass Customization Platform. This strategic project aimed at building a complete micro-service ecosystem to nurture all. For more than 3 years now, Ludovic Martin is working as independent consultant in eCommerce strategy and web-to-print projects, for various printing companies in the label industry, signage and packaging. In parallel since 2009, Ludovic is editing Print.watch, a blog about web-to-print.
Isla Munro
Managing Director, The Dragonfly Agency
Isla loves direct mail! With over 17 years’ experience, gained from both in-house roles at professional services firms and with creative agencies, Isla has helped create and deliver over 2.5 billion direct mail items. She joined UK-based direct marketing agency Dragonfly in June 2017. She is responsible for delivering effective and creative direct marketing campaigns that deliver growth for her clients across the financial, retail and charity sectors. Isla is a Board Member on the Royal Mail Strategic Mailing Partnership board.
Gordon Young
Founder The Drum and Carnyx Group
Gordon Young is one of the world’s longest serving editors in the marketing business. As a fresh-faced teenager he co-founded The Drum in 1985, which has grown into one of the world’s largest marketing platforms. Gordon has been the driving force behind The Drum’s ‘Class of 2021’ virtual exhibition in partnership with Canon, a dedicated platform through which creatives could connect with up-and-coming student talent. The project was designed to create a real-life experience exploring the opportunities of integrating digital print into an omnichannel user experience.

Peter Wolff was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President PPP BU EMEA Sales and Service, Canon Europe in January 2021. He previously held the position of Vice President, PPP EMEA Commercial Printing for the organisation, having been appointed in January 2019. He has over 25 years’ experience in digital print, having various management roles at Siemens Nixdorf, Océ and Canon. Today Peter is responsible for sales and service of the whole small format and large format technology and media portfolio in the EMEA region, focusing on long-term customer relationship management and business development. Peter holds a BA honours degree in Business Administration.
Richard Askam

Richard spent 30 years working in the Wine Business before he took a career turn in 2010 to launch the first personalised champagne gifts in the UK as an antidote to the commoditisation of the wine market in the UK. Ultimately, this lead led him to the doors of Coca-Cola where he created and executed the online ShareaCoke campaign across Europe in 2014. Over the following 2 years, Richard created similarly successful personalised campaigns for the likes of Unilever, Barclays, Vodafone and McVities before becoming a renowned full time speaker, debuting as a TED Talker in 2017.

My role is to develop growth strategies for Canon’s Commercial Print business and unfold business opportunities for our customers, print service providers, based on Canon’s highspeed digital printing solutions. My career started in the printing industry over 20 years ago. In that time, I have worked in various international marketing & sales development roles. For the past 5 years, I am active as a thought-leader and business developer for the Graphic Arts industry in EMEA. In 2018, I co-founded the Canon Future Promotion Forum. My vision is to enable marketers and print service providers to combine the latest innovations in digital print and marketing technology to create the ultimate user experience and achieve the highest Return on Marketing Investment.
